The Southerly

Scope: The Southerly is a modern apartment building that represents the future of upscale living in Towson, MD. This project scope included a little bit of everything.

ER&M was contracted to complete the topsoil, soil amendments, irrigation, precast pavers, gravel lock paving, planting, sodding, bocce court and all site amenities including an indoor dog park. This project features a detailed interior courtyard where all materials and equipment had to be transported through one small corridor barely big enough for a skid loader.

You can imagine the coordination it took to get the pair of specimen 12-14’ Chamaecyparis Nootkatensis ‘Pendula’ evergreen trees into place.
