Landscape Operations Manager:
ER&M is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager, to run the daily operations in the field. Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience managing multiple crews on commercial projects in the green industry. Duties would include, but not be limited to the following:
- Reviewing project scope with estimators and field staff
- Assisting in material buyout
- Evaluating and addressing various horticultural issues
- Coordinating project schedules with client and staff
- Pre-construction inspection of sites to verify they are ready
- Scheduling and coordinating deliveries
- Staff and resource allocation

Landscape Construction Estimator:
ER&M is currently seeking a self-motivated estimator, with preferred minimum of 2 years experience in estimating landscape installation projects. Responsibilities/qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- Attending pre-bid meetings
- Gathering, calculating and compiling take-off data for use in bid proposals
- Maintaining current and accurate information on prices from suppliers/subcontractors
- Basic knowledge of native and traditional landscape plant materials and products
- Utilizing standard computer estimating system
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Post–bid follow-up
- Reviewing scope of awarded projects with production manager

Ecological Restoration Construction Estimator:
ER&M is currently seeking a self-motivated estimator, with preferred minimum of 2 years experience in estimating ecologically-based construction and installation projects (wetlands, reforestation, stream restoration, etc.). Responsibilities/qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- Attending pre-bid meetings
- Gathering, calculating and compiling take-off data for use in bid proposals
- Maintaining current and accurate information on prices from suppliers/subcontractors
- Basic knowledge of native plant materials and products
- Basic knowledge of various ecosystems (i.e. tidal wetlands, riparian forests, streams, etc.)
- Utilizing standard computer estimating system
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Post–bid follow-up
- Reviewing scope of awarded projects with production manager
